Thai Language Classes
Beginners
This class offers you an introduction to the Thai language and Thailand itself. It can be your window on one of the most fascinating countries in Southeast Asia. Thailand has much to offer...its rich culture, ancient traditions, magnificent architecture and most of all, its lovely people. Thais are by nature both friendly and open. In Thailand "hospitality" is not just a concept, it's a way of life. Once you experience it, you will never forget it, and language is the key. Students will learn Thai consonants, vowels, tone marks and simple conversation.
Saturdays & Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Intermediate
This class is recommended for those who already know how to read and write in the Thai language. This class will focus on conversational Thai, to expand your vocabulary for touring Thailand. You will also learn to read simple documents, street signs, use Thai numbers, and other information necessary to explore Thailand.
Saturdays & Sundays 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Classes are held year-round in the
basement of the temple at:
Wat Thai Los Angeles
8225 Coldwater Canyon Ave,
